All our 8 en-suite bedrooms are located upstairs and are well equiped with a colour television, radio alarm, hair drier and tea and coffee making facilities.
All of the rooms are
“NON-SMOKING”
Six are located on the first floor and two on the second floor. The rooms
consist of two family/twin rooms, five doubles and one single room.All of the rooms have showers.
Two of the rooms have a balcony. Dogs are welcome in some of the rooms.
A full English breakfast is Included in the tariff.

accommodation money as a deposit as

Sorry, no deposit no booking
We do not take provisional bookings at all. A letter of confirmation will be forwarded to you as soon as we have received your full deposit for all rooms booked. Payment by maestro, delta, credit card or cheque etc. upon booking.
Cheques made out the “The Watermill Inn” and are to be received
within 5 working days please.

Cancellation Policy Please Read This If You Are Booking Rooms
If you have to cancel your reservation please advise us by letter as soon as
possible. If you alter your dates you are still liable for the deposit paid for that date. If your room is re let covering the full period of the reservation the
deposit will be refunded less costs of £10.00 for administration. If we are
unable to re let your room for the full period the deposit will be retained and we may seek compensation for loss of trade. Please contact us Monday to
