To confirm any accepted booking, we would require a deposit equivalent to the

value of the first nights stay as recommended by the English Tourist Board.

We do not take provisional bookings so a non-returnable deposit of cost of the first night is required to secure your booking. Payment can be by maestro, delta, credit card or cheque etc. upon booking. Cheques made out the “The Watermill Inn” and are to be received within 5 working days please. A letter of confirmation will be forwarded to you as soon as we have received your full deposit for all rooms booked.

Cancellation

If you need to cancel or cut short your holiday for whatever reason you are still responsible for the remaining balance,we will try try to re-let the room(s) booked. If we are able to re-let the room(s) you will not be liable for any further charges and we will return your deposit less an administration charge of £10.00. If we are unable to re-let the room(s) that have been booked, the deposit is non returnable.

Holiday cancellation insurance is widely available and we recommend you have it in place.

Bed and Breakfast Internet Tarriff 2012

Prices below are per person, a double / twin room is charged as two people sharing.

A complementary full English breakfast is included as is vat @20% as set by the goverment.

Stay for a night or stay for a few the choice is yours. Double room prices are based

on two people sharing a room, single room prices are one person in our single bedded room.

We are approximately 15 minutes from junction 36 of the M6 so we are also

ideal as a half way stop when on a long journey.

Please note the Bar shuts at closing time for everyone including residents.
